INTEGRAL STAINLESS STEEL 316 HTHP LONG PATH CELL

THE ANSWER FOR NUCLEAR FUEL ANALYSIS

We custom designed an High Performance and High Temperature (HTHP) Long Path Cell (LPC) in Stainless Steel 316 (SS), based on White Cell principle of multiple light which passes between reflecting mirrors. It is the ideal choice to trace compounds contained in gas samples, from ppm to ppb levels of concentration. Cell optical path is variable from 1.6 meters up to 8 meters and adjustable by two outside transfer mirrors with micro-screws to allow an easy regulation of FTIR beam energy.

Internal mirrors are in stainless steel, gold and nickel coated, acidic resistant and provided with great clearness and precision.

RedShift SS HTHP Long Path Cell is one of the ultimate premium FTIR sampling accessories for measuring infrared spectra of gases and vapors in:

  • emissions testing,
  • greenhouse gases,
  • volatile and toxic combustion gases,
  • nuclear fuel and more.

The external and internal manufacturing components provide high durability and resistance to corrosion, specific for use with acidic gaseous samples.

Three internal white cell mirrors are in stainless steel with nickel and gold plating which ensure:

  • high reflexibility,
  • light throughput
  • extraordinary results in sensitivity and repeatability.

There is also the possibility to use KBR, CaF2, ZnSe windows based on applications you need to conduct. The tranfer optics compartment is purged with inert gas to enhance results and sensitivity.
