PHOENIX T220 TUBE CONDITIONER

EASY CLEAN AND RE-USE DESORPTION TUBES!

Industry needs to collect breathing air to monitor quality and trace level of toxic airbon compounds by examining occupational health and safety of workers. Thermal Desorption analysis is ideal to trace level measurement of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and semi-volatile compounds (SVOCs) with precision and high performances. Specialized laboratories analyze samples from: environment, pharma & cosmetics, food & beverage, automotive, and more.

High quantities of samples to be analyzed inevitably involve the disposal of used material as special waste or the sanitation of the Sorbent Tubes used for sampling. Phoenix T220 is an essential stand-alone device that helps your laboratory efficiency freeing up your thermal desorber system by running the cleaning sorbent tubes process separately.

The system conditions up to 20 tubes at once while your TD instrument still run samples, improving performance and precision in cleaning TD tubes. Phoenix T220 uses a dual 10-position heating oven manifolds that work individually reaching a maximum temperature of 400°C in each block. Contamined sorbent tubes are constantly purged with inert gas during the entire cleaning program and the accuracy is maintained by precise pressure. In every program there are four heating ramps and four temperature plateau completely settable.

Gas flows only to the oven that contains TD tubes without wasting purge gas. At the end of procedure the batch starts cooling until ambient temperature, then the oven door unlocks automatically with access to re-conditioned TD tubes ready-to-use.

ENJOY BENEFITS

  • Perform additional analysis with your free analytical instrument.
  • Save money, reuse TD tubes more times!
  • Save valuable time by running multiple and faster cleaning process.

Every program can be edited using temperature controllers. The high temperature process removes all contaminants as well as the excess of water collected during sampling, by avoiding adverse effects in the next analysis.
